Linnen Place offers four home floor plans. All are reflective the American Arts and Crafts Bungalow popular in the early 20th century. You’ll find vintage touches on our homes like open eaves with triangular brackets, as well as stone and brick, but each home is designed for the way you and your family live today.

Our homes offer a variety of elevations and a mixture of exterior materials such as stacked stone, shingled accent siding and railings. Our homes range in size from 1,564 – 2,239 square feet with prices from the mid-$200s.

Lowcountry Residential Builders includes a number of standard items such as smooth ceilings, baseboards throughout the house and solid surface countertops.
